For corrections, suggestions or partnerships, write to us.
You can email us at info@lanzarotebuggy.tours. We read every message and reply as soon as we can.
What we can help with
- Mistakes on the site: a price, a minimum age, a departure point or a route that has changed. We check every report and correct the page.
- Operators and platforms: if you run a buggy or quad company in Lanzarote and something we say about you is inaccurate, tell us and include the source.
- Suggestions: topics you feel are missing or questions the guide does not answer.
What we cannot help with
We are not a tour operator or an agency. We do not sell tours and have no access to your booking, so we cannot:
- confirm, change or cancel a booking;
- process refunds;
- change the pick-up time or place;
- deal with lost property or anything that happens during the tour.
For all of that:
- If you booked on GetYourGuide, contact their customer service from your booking (chat, phone or email).
- If you booked direct with the operator or through another platform or agency, get in touch with them; their contact details are in your confirmation.
- On the day of the tour, for delays or the meeting point, phone the operator named in your booking directly.
Before you write, the answer may already be in licence, age and requirements or what to wear and expect.
